We were super excited to have Gerard Craft from Niche, Brasserie and Taste Bar on the show, and he showed up for our show with a handful of surprises:

1. He wanted to drink Stag Beer

2. He brought Jeff Lehman, the patron saint of St. Louis chefs

3. He brought Mike Emerson of Pappy's Smokehouse

When this crew showed up in the studio (aka Mike's basement), we tossed out our agenda for the evening and just went with the flow.
